- Register
Register with YoTang for free. http://www.yotang.com/create_account.php
- Login
Login to the YoTang shop system. http://www.yotang.com/login.php
- Search or browse products and Shop
Search or browse products, and if you wish to buy them, type a number in the quantity box and click "Add to cart". You can add just one piece if you want. You can remove them later or adjust the quantities if you change your mind.
- Shopping Cart
Products you've added to your shopping cart are saved there while you look at more items. Your cart is saved for next time if you log out or accidentally close your browser. If you don't login and add products to your cart, these products are merged with your exist cart when you login.
In your shopping cart, you can adjust quantities or remove items to get a new sub-total. Click "Update button" - the quantity will update and the prices will automatically adjust. If you don't want to buy this item, you can click "delete" button to remove this item.
- Shipping
To find out the total price including shipping, click "Checkout".
The first checkout page is "Delivery Information" which enables you to view different delivery options. Please add or modify shipping address by using "Change Address" first:
Then you can select a shipment method.
Choose one and in the box "Special Delivery Instructions" you can add special instructions about the delivery, e.g. how you want your products declared for customs purposes.
- Choose Payment
The second checkout page is "Payment Information". Choose whether you want to pay by Paypal or Western Union.
Click "Continue" to see a final summary of your order.
- Confirm and Pay
The final checkout page is "Order Confirmation" - your order is not submitted until you click "Confirm Order" on this page.
If you chose to pay by credit card or Paypal, you will now be able to complete the payment on the secure Paypal site.
If you choose Western Union, you can finish the payment according to "PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS", Once payment has been sent, please send an email to this this address: chinayotang@gmail.com Include your first and last name, your order number and the Money Transfer control number.
- Your Order Received!
After you complete your order you'll get a confirmation message and an email receipt from YoTang.com (and from Paypal if you paid this way.)
We will begin processing your order when payment is received. When processing begins you will receive another email notification.
You will receive a further email notifying you when your goods have been dispatched, including a tracking number.
